As reported by The Star, Focus on Sunday, August 23 2009 (pg F20-F22), “More than 50 Malaysians contributed US$7.3mil (RM25.6mil) to the Spokane-based syndicate, which issued phony and counterfeit high school and college degrees from institutions such as Concordia University, St Regis University, St Lourdes University, All Saints American University and Heartland University.”
